Start on the Newbie routine, there is a sticky at the top of the newbie thread. You should do that for 3-4 months before moving to clamping or pumping. You need to condition your penis first.

Yes play it safe do the newbie routine for about 5 months before getting into girth exercises. You may be surprised that you don’t get girth gains as well as length gains from the newbie routine.

Since you’ve been a member since June 2007, I’m guessing you’ve already conditioned yourself with the Newbie Routine, so I think clamping would be a good start, or higher erection level jelqing. Remember to use the search function for best results.
