Going for Length with ADS All Day Stretch
Hi there!
I want to go for length.
Right now i do about 5 hours per day with ESL40 all day stretching. And before and after toilet i pull with my hand as hard as i can (which is not superhard cause i can only grip so hard with the hand).
So, i will measure every month i guess. And i guess it’s a success if after 4 months i have at least 1 millimeter more. Else it shows it’s not working?
I use the esl right now to pull upwards, at home. Now i am also thinking of using it when i go out, this time using the leg thing, pulling it downward.
Should i go from 5 hours per day all day stretch to about 8 hours?
How would you go about it, knowing the things you know now?
I guess another thing that could make the whole thing more intense is hanging.
I am only interested in length.
(ps I cannot jelq for a weird medical reason, i had operation on my dick and doc said don’t do that, but pulling on it and even hanging is fine)
