Good sign

K well I ve been peing for about 2 weeks now, I havent really seen any size gains or girth, however I have noticed more veins on my shaft.

Is this a good sign that it will grow soon or can veins right away mean somethign else?

Improving circulation is a good sign. Blood flow is the name of the game and to grow larger you need an adequate supply system, so just keep doing what you are doing.
