I bought one tonight, I just tested it out, this thing is great, plus for you guys with privacy issues, this item would be much more explainable than a rice sock.

You can make something similar using material, nylon strap and rice. Probably a lot cheaper than you can buy one of those. I make my own hot packs from a hand towel and rice. Nice size for low back, shoulder, and if you fold the towel length wise you have one for your neck. And in my household, no one thinks twice about a rice sock.

I paid $8.86 for mine. I read on another thread that someone was a little nervous about making a rice sock because of the privacy issue, just figured I’d let people know about it.
