Hi, I have just found this forum, it’s brill, and I have been doing PE exercises for over a year, with 2 inchs gain in lenght with plus improvement in diameter. But my major improvement is from an exercise that I found on an old video of peter north going through his daily exercise routine.

A big penis is great, but if it is not rock hard, and looking at the sun when erect, it is not impressive. So with this exercise, it does away with the 3OO reps a day kegels to improve the all important PC muscle.
The PC muscle is the sex muscle, it is more important than size, so hear is the exercise:
Get a good solid erection, the best you can, then lie down flat on the floor looking up, make sure your penis it resting against your belly, now put an open book on it, and using your PC muscle commence to move the book up, just keep moving the book up in one second repetitions until you can’t do any more. And within a few days/weeks you will notice an enormous change in you penis, and ejectulation power.

You will be blasting like Mt North or your money back

Watch TV, Jesus Christ, watch TV, there is more to life then watching TV, but you can, although I think it is better to conscentrate on the exercise (Be in the moment mate, very eckhart tolle)

What ever book size suits the matter size, practise with different size, until you know what works and what doesn’t. But remember it is the fisrt time this muscle has had to lift/move anything more weighty than you penis so any change is noticible to the wee muscle.

Yes, a common variation on this is to stand with an erection and, using your PC muscle, lift a towel draped over the penis.

This is discussed in lots of great threads. I am interested to know which Peter North video and what is this ‘exercise routine’? Is it all (or mostly) P.E based?

I am aware of the BC thing, westla, but sometimes it’s useful to just perpetuate a misuse so that everyone knows what you’re talking about :) .

Is it still called a kegal if its the BC not PC.

Edit: Ok read the link and its still a kegal apparently it uses both.

Wouldn’t this build the muscle to point your dick downwards?
