Great New techique, please read!
Hi, I have just found this forum, it’s brill, and I have been doing PE exercises for over a year, with 2 inchs gain in lenght with plus improvement in diameter. But my major improvement is from an exercise that I found on an old video of peter north going through his daily exercise routine.
A big penis is great, but if it is not rock hard, and looking at the sun when erect, it is not impressive. So with this exercise, it does away with the 3OO reps a day kegels to improve the all important PC muscle.
The PC muscle is the sex muscle, it is more important than size, so hear is the exercise:
Get a good solid erection, the best you can, then lie down flat on the floor looking up, make sure your penis it resting against your belly, now put an open book on it, and using your PC muscle commence to move the book up, just keep moving the book up in one second repetitions until you can’t do any more. And within a few days/weeks you will notice an enormous change in you penis, and ejectulation power.
