This is my first post. Long time lurker. Just started PE a couple days ago wanted to start months ago but life got in the way. I’m starting with the newbie routine. I’m starting at BPEL of 7” and a EG of 5.5”. My goals are BPEL 8.5”+ and EG of 6 or 7” maybe somewhere in between.

I’m kind of a giant, want every thing to match, I’m 6’8” 270lbs.

Sorry for spelling but it’s never been my strongest skill.

Yes welcome. There is a spell check. Read all you can. Take it easy on every new exercise you do. Stay motivated. Nice starter stats by the way. This stuff works if you do it all the time and do it right. I do it all to hear her say “wow thats big”.

As for spelling, theres a spell check button which should help you out a lot.

Welcome aboard cotton. My advice to you is to monitor the pressure you exert when jelqing very carefully to begin with – steadily increase the pressure overtime. If you decide or are forced to take a day’s rest and begin exercising again make sure the jelqs are very light in pressure after the rest day(s). Jelqing is an extremely good exercise for overall penile health and growth, but it takes time and ‘overdoing’ the exercise can be harmful (scaring, for example), particularly so if it has not been thoroughly warmed up beforehand. I’ve learned this the hard way.

As for the spelling, this forum’ll help you out in that department too, and provide you with fascinating information on a wide range of subjects along the way. :) Hope ye stick around.

I Tried to start a few months ago, but didn’t take the time to read as much as I should of. And because of that I over did it and Had a couple “Blow outs” blew a blood vessel or something big red pain full spots. Could barley touch it for about a week. Then a couple things happened and I dropped trying PE, But now I’m back and taking my time.

My advice is: don’t forget to rest. Penis only growth during rest time. In the first two months you should not overdo. One day on one day off is the best, when you begin. The quality of jelq is more important than the number of repetitions
