Hey how’s it hangin everyone?
This is my second day on this site and i would like to thank Thunder personally for creating this site for all of us PE’ers and also for all of you PE’ers that take time and read this you guys are phenomenal,, that really says alot about you thanx a million. well anyways im 19 yrs old, cut, i’ve been involved in PE for about 5 mnths. I started out at 5.25lngthx4.25EG and now am 6.25x4.5 and i thought i knew it all till i came to this site and realized i’m a newbie. Ive been on the same routine ever since i started and it seems like im not gaining as much lately sort of like if i hit a plateu. I have considered hangin and thought about getting a bib because i’ve heard such great things about it, i was also wondering if you can acheive amazing results by just using your hands. here is my routine any advice would be GREATLYYYYYY appreciated thanks:

i use this routine mon-fri and take weekends off and i do masturbate on weekends sometimes.
1) warm up 5-10 min. using a glass bottle filled with hot water
i fill more than half way and insert myself inside and the suction holds it in.
2) stretch using hands holding near the head pulling for one minute at a time in every direction. (20-30min)
3)65-75%erect Jelqing using the OK grip starting from base to top near head, switching through slow strokes, fast strokes, and kegels at times. always watch a x movie to help me stay erect. (30-45 min)
4)warm down using the glass bottle filled half way with water and kegels for approxiamtely 10 mins.


i dont know if my progress has halted for length because it’s so minimal it’s probably been a steady .20 a month but as far as girth goes its barely .25 in 5 months, i dunno that doesnt seem like much to me in the girth area. Ive read many posts and some of you guys have incredible gains but i guess thats just your genetics and body type that add to it. as far as im concerned i feel like im doin things ok i wonder if i am overtraining sometimes, how would you know if you’re over training? if i am should i take a week off? i would like to be 7.75x6.0 girth atleast within the next 3 years is this at all possible by what im doin now or will i eventually have to add more and more exercise in the future? there is so much i want to know, ever since i’ve been young i’ve been interested in PE and im happy to finally be involved in something that works any advice from anyone would be greatly appreciated. Hey JmF,
It’s pretty hard to tell when you’re overtraining, but you should actually recognize that yourself. Some symptoms for instance are different forms of PE (not getting fully errect), soreness lasting longer than a day etc… I don’t think that you should take a whole week off if you have overtrained for some time, rather 3 or 4 days off should do the trick, and heal your dick (he-he rhyme) :D

So, you want to gain 1.5x1.5 next three years. Length shouldn’t be to hard to achieve thru stretching and jelquing, but as far as girth comes it takes a lot of work. Throw some odd squeezes to your jelquing routine now, and try to figure out what kind of squeezes work for you the best.
