Hi all,

I always hear that you can tell you’ve had a good jelq workout when you’re hanging full afterward and observe a plumpness that lasts the day.

I’ve always been a grower and when I finish a jelqing routine my plumpness typically lasts 5 min until erection subsides completely and then I go back to my normal “grower” flaccid size. Then maybe the next day I will observe a plumper flaccid which is typically a positive PI for me.

I’m wondering if it’s possible this “full day” post work out plumpness is more common in showers because there’s more flaccid to work with perhaps. Not really sure but wondering if anybody has ever noted a correlation between people who have that post workout plumpness being showers and people who promptly return to normal size being growers.

Any growers out there who do observe this plumpness and can you describe how it differs from your typical flaccid state?

I’m definitely a grower, and my post pump plumpness (say that three times fast) varies in appearance depending on the time from the end of my session. Immediately afterwards, my flaccid state is going to be much larger than normal. I’m talking about 5.5 inches long or so and probably around 6 inches in girth. Most of that is from the engorged state brought about from the pumping session, which forces blood and lymphatic fluids into my dick. Over the course of several hours afterwards, it shrinks back down to normal size. I’d reckon this takes about 12 or so hours.

Over time though, my flaccid has gotten significantly larger. I have a two day break period, and I have noticed that I have been retaining more and more of my enhanced post pump flaccid and erect state. That’s the beauty of PEing when you’re a grower. You don’t have to wait long to see some nice improvements :D

I’m with the OP on this. I’ve always been a grower. In some cases I look at my flaccid and wonder how it gets to the erect size it does when it looks that small.

After a jelq or any girth focused routine I find that I stay “plump” for about 10 mins or so after the routine is finished. Then I go back to a small flaccid size. I would say in most cases the post workout flaccid is smaller then on a non-workout day. In fact if I do PE first thing in the am sometimes a full plump flaccid doesn’t return until the evening.

When I first started I thought that it must be that I am over worked. So I backed off and that didn’t help. A few months later I even took an extended break and the same thing happened when I returned.

All other PI’s are goood. Strong erections and great morning wood.

I think that my penis has always been hypersensitive so to speak and any form of exercise be it PE or other causes my flaccid to shrink until I’m recovered. Once recovered and in a relaxed state my flaccid returns to a size I’m more happy with.

I’m also a grower, but am seeing some signs that maybe changing. One very good piece of advice I read on this forum is “never let your dick get small”. I stopped wearing briefs because they pulled my dick up snug. In addition to my main vac pump routine, I use It several times throughout the day for just couple of minutes each time. My belief is this promotes good blood flow and also keeps my dick stretched out.

I always do the “piss pull”- stretch it out whenever I can. I also try fowfers when in bed. While still a grower, I am experiencing much longer periods of time in a more stretched out state. It’s much nicer walking around with a 4.5” or 5” flaccid than a 2.5”-3”, even if I’m the only one who sees it that way.

Current: 7.75” BPEL; 7.25” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

This pretty much describes my experience to a T. It typically takes me 12 hours to return to a nice plumpness following a morning jelqing session. And I also believe my guy is pretty sensitive to PE in general.

The other thing I’m struggling with is the fact that stretching lowers EQ so sometimes it’s hard to track over working jelqing using PI’s when EQ is generally less than optimal due to my stretching routine. I do a split routine - 20 min jelq in am, 15 min stretch in pm.

From what I’ve seen posted in other places many big gainers have something they do to try and make that post workout engorgement last. Some use various types of wraps, or bands, or what have you.

This was for growers and showers. Many of them seem to attribute some of their gains to that practice as well, especially when going for girth.
