Warm Up:
For my warm up, I took a hot shower and filled a bucket with warm or semi-hot water. After I shower, I submerge my penis in the water for 3-5 minutes. You can go longer if you want to feel safe.
Exercise:
I lubed it up with a water based lubricant. I get a semi-chub, the one where it’s a boner but still floppy and not stiff. I do the O technique with my other hand and I grab it from the base and slowly stroke till the tip. When my dick was 4 inches, one stroke = 6 seconds. I did 6 second strokes 20 times.
As my penis grew larger, I upped the length of stroking time. Here’s my formula. ( X / 2 ) + x = stroke time. X being your penis size. I did this everyday and stopped masturbating completely. If you see no growth at all, up 5 reps.
Diet:
I eat a lot of blood sausage. I also eat a lot of poultry. I drank a lot of water. Healthy diet = healthy body
