Hanging Fatigue And Sex
I started my PE journey in attempt to improve my sex life with my Girlfriend and starting hanging .After reading about hanging they recommend for your to reach fatigue to the point in your following sets you have to drop in weight to proceed.
Others say hanging should be passive and you shouldn’t be in discomfort or pain .
I’m troubled with this because while hanging I’ve reached fatigue and noticed my penis EQ has become poor.
If its not one problem its another or so it seems.
I’m really interested in how some of yall hangers can achieve a great EQ while maintaining your hanging routine.
