About 2 months into a hanging workout, but seem to be gaining girth not length hang about 6.5 lbs for 1 HR per day , maybe due to crazy nocturnal boners anyone had similar?

Keep going and don’t stop. Two months is still in the conditioning fase of hanging.Get your cock contioned to the stresses of hanging for at least 8 months of consistent hanging.

Hang light for at least 6 months consistently.

Hanging obviously is length geared however base girth will increase too.

Forget measuring and be consistent.


Longer, thicker, tighter, deeper

Are you doing anything to compliment your hanging efforts, Like wearing an ADS, or any all day weight, Pumping? Anything else ?

Mainly hanging 80% of the time together with manual PE.

Pumping takes 20% of my PE time.

I use an all day wrap to keep in a stretched state, some jelqs in the shower with Shea butter and that’s it really try for 1-2 hours a day with 6.5 lbs been circumcised quite tight though so reckon my skin is still stretching

Yes I think consistency is the key, done PE before so already quite conditioned been circumcised tight so think I’m still stretching skin, my cock still point s straight out when flaccid
