Has anyone hanged for a while then pumped?

Yes I’ve done this and it can work but your doing so much the likely hood is counterproductive PE over actual cemented gains.

Your basically doing too much at once. Think about it, for hanging to produce gains you need to dedicate many hours a day to being immobile. Hanging can also cause soreness which never bodes well with getting an erection for pumping. After doing 6 sets of 20 mins of hanging your dick is going to be tired. You may find yourself burnt out from this routine real quick. I know I did and then after investing time into it I gave up. That’s as counterproductive as you can be in PE. Let’s face it it’s all about time under some form of pressure. I could have instead focused on one or the other and continued without getting burnt out.

Now the big thing, injury! The possibility of injury increases greatly doing a mixed routine that includes hanging as your base exercise.

There is one thing a lot of hanger do for girth and it’s a clamped session after your done hanging for the day. This does seem to have worked for other guys.

You can take a look at my progress report I have stuff written there back when I was doing it. It basically ends up being too much. It’s a miracle I didn’t get an injury.

When u hang do u still do manual stretches?

When I used to hang I did 6 sets of 20 mins a day so there was no need to stretch. So I can’t say I did anything more then piss pulls when I was hanging.

I’m very well conditioned too but it is a very intense routine. I did see an 1/8 inch length gain but the amount of time was too much. It became mentally exhausting. I tapped out after 6 or 8 weeks. Also my girth was looking good. But again you gotta have a life outside of PE. It turned into over 4 hours a day of PE.

This is why I extend. It may or may not be as effective as hanging, but I can still live my life while stretching my cock out for multiple hours a day.

Hanging strikes my couriosity, but at this point in my life I have no place to fit it in.

Lol, maybe in 10 years when both of my kids are out of my house, god willing that happens!

LE I agree with you about using an extender. If I hadn’t been so obsessed with fast growth in the beginning I probably would have hit my length goal with extending. This is why I preach to guys about things like the bathmate and it’s false sense of hope. Because of those false gains I tossed a lot of things like extending out the window. The first thing I did when I came back was the bathmate and a cheap extender. I used the extender for several months and my flaccid hung nice after. I didn’t give it enough time because it wasn’t giving me fast fake gains like the BM. Ugh if I could go back.
