Your basically doing too much at once. Think about it, for hanging to produce gains you need to dedicate many hours a day to being immobile. Hanging can also cause soreness which never bodes well with getting an erection for pumping. After doing 6 sets of 20 mins of hanging your dick is going to be tired. You may find yourself burnt out from this routine real quick. I know I did and then after investing time into it I gave up. That’s as counterproductive as you can be in PE. Let’s face it it’s all about time under some form of pressure. I could have instead focused on one or the other and continued without getting burnt out.
Now the big thing, injury! The possibility of injury increases greatly doing a mixed routine that includes hanging as your base exercise.
There is one thing a lot of hanger do for girth and it’s a clamped session after your done hanging for the day. This does seem to have worked for other guys.
You can take a look at my progress report I have stuff written there back when I was doing it. It basically ends up being too much. It’s a miracle I didn’t get an injury.
