Hanging vs stretching, and pumping vs jelqing
I did some searches on this first, but I do not believe my particular question has been answered.
I don’t like the idea of using devices. Number one I don’t want to mess with them (sounds like too much research and effort), and number two, it sounds like there’s a real possibility of something going wrong. I just want to use my hands.
So here’s my question, is it possible to see really big gains by doing entirely manual exercises, or will most, or even all men have to switch to using hangers, pumps, and other things in order to reach their long term size goals?
