Hanging with a cock sleeve

Hi, what do you think about hanging with a cock sleeve?

No matter how tight I wrap something behind my glans (as long as it’s safe), the glans will adjust its size and eventually slip through it (I tried an extender and hanging). But I have a rigid cock sleeve with a groove behind the glans weights can be tighten to and it applies tension on the whole cock then. Squeezing the tip you can create a vacuum so that it doesn’t slip and it even prevents the cock from turtling when you remove the weight.
