I have always had issues with manual work, especially very low EQ and turtling so I avoid. Ive been pumping, and it feels good. Typically doing 4 x 15 mins or 3 x 20 mins. Good temporary expansion. Anyway, after 3 days things go a little down hill so I have to take a rest day. My question is would it be good to add hanging on that rest day alone? I own a bib hanger that Ive never used. I figure I need something else to go with the pumping.

Otherwise is there any very light manual work you would suggest I add in? I seriously cant jelq, it just doesnt work for me.

Rest means rest. Hanging is not rest. Take a day OFF.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Hanging is the furthest thing from rest. As gprent said rest means rest.

I’ve done a mixed routine in the past and imo stick to either hanging and a little girth work after your hanging sets or pumping with stretches before and after pumping. I don’t think doing both did me a lot of good and of course NEVER pump then hang any sets specifically if using a clamp style hanger. I’m not saying it did any damage but a lot of time went into it and I can’t get those hours back. Mentally it became too much, physically I was fine but that’s just me.

I get where your thought process is going but just take some time off and re-evaluate your whole routine. If you truly have the time to hang then start back just hanging adding sets and weight as you go then after awhile you can add in some girth work AFTER your sets.

Thanks for the responses guys…with air pumping…how do you suggest minimizing the amount of scrotal skin and fat pad that enters the tube and gets pumped? I def have the right sized tube (since i cant even fit into the next size smaller) and Im doing everything else right with a good seal now

Start with an erection and bone press the tube into your crotch as you begin to pump up.
