Hard Cord At The Base Of The Penis

So I have a hard cord at the base of my penis.. On the left side which goes near mid shaft and then right side of the penis..
Since it’s just under the skin.. When I press against the base of the penis.. I feel like I am pushing it and I can’t .. It’s painful. And m afraid I might break it..

Since the part of it on the penis isn’t gonna shift downwards .. Neither the part after where I press.. Is gonna shift towards the pressure.. It feels like a rope

So how exactly would I be able to use an extender ? ..
And my fatpad is very thin .like 0.5” .

What should I do?
Use padding like foam.. At the base.. Since all we need to do is extend using the head ? Right ?
