I find that if I start at about 80-90 percent erection level and then proceed to jelq, I go down to about 50 or 40 at about jelq number 20. I then proceed to jelq to number 40, then achieve an 80 or 90 erection level and jelq until I’ve gotten to 50. Does anyone jelq at a very high level, and does that help with length gains? I ask this because when I jelq at low erection levels I don’t feel the workout, it’s kinda like a manual stretch not a jelq. Also, should I increase the number of jelqs?

The best effect from jelqs if you want length and girth and overall health is to jelq at a low level, not over 50%. If you only want girth, its better to jelq at a higher level but its more risky also.

Yeah I read some articles about that, but it just feels like I am doing nothing when I jelq below a high level like 80 or 90 percent.

It only feels like doing nothing because you are doing so much work at that high erection level.

I jelq in the same way however, cycling through high and low erection levels. It has done me little harm. However your PIs are the key to all. How is your penis responding? Have you got strong erections? Morning wood? A growing penis? If you are getting gains and healthy PIs, then don’t change a thing. Otherwise you may need to change things around a little. If you are still conditioning your penis, less is very definitely more when it comes to starting PE.

Hey thanks for the advice. Zowee, I was wondering how much did you gain from doing soft and hard erection jelqs? Doing this kind of cycle I feel works my length and girth.
