Has anyone had success with extender devices

I had purchased the new vac extender. Along with the AutoXleeve, I wanted to know if anyone had any success with extenders? I am mainly focused on length gains right now. I thought an extender would help by producing a constant force. Comments or Suggestions?

There’s an enormous thread entitled something like “Penimaster” that discusses stretcher devices at length ( :D ). It’s possible to gain from extenders alone, if you devote many hours to wearing it every single day, and are able to apply good force without hurting yourself, but most guys use extenders/stretchers as an adjunct to their main routines.
