i’m currently 6 inches in length and 4.25 in girth with about the same for the head size and i’m hoping i could get a tried and true routine to increase the size of my head a lot and i’d like to get to 5.5 inches in girth. length isnt as much of an issue at the moment i’d really like girth and head size first. thanks for your help.

i’m basically a newbie, i’ve done it on and off very infrequently i think the only gains i made were .25 in length

If I were you, I would start off with the newbie routine and stick with that for a few months. Then slowly add other excercizes after your unit is conditioned well.

This stuff really works. No shit! You will get the results you want but it does take some time. Don’t get into a big hurry because you CAN hurt yourself.

Golly. Bogman try the search feature for head then add size or girth but to tell you the truth I’ve been working on it too with pumping and clamping and human sacrifice but to no real avail since the head is very elastic. HOWEVER, with that said I have noticed an increase in head size during pumping and clamping that seems to carry over to the “ballooning” effect you experience during orgasm and judging (subjectively I’ll admit) by my partner’s “oh shit” factor I’m a bit bigger.

So have fun.

Just get on with the newbie routine and be consistant. There are excercizes I have increased my head size with but I will not bring them up here because I don’t want you trying them yet ‘till your unit gets conditioned. That will all come in time……..

Can you mention these exercises for me then ? I need some head girth. What I do is mainly jelqing but focusing on hard pressure when Im moving up to the head, and I also squeeze for 3 secondes up there. Good or bad way to go ?
