I want to Know How you do jelqing and stretching with heat ?

I use heat for pumping and its work

An electric forced air space heater.

The position ? And for it’s not bad to have heat directly on testicule ?

I’ve been putting the space heater like 1-2 feet away from my dick during hanging sets. The just turn it off or back on as needed. Easier for me than microwaving a heat pad every time but probably uses more electricity.

Oh i just nuke a rice sock for around 45 seconds and use that to heat things up. That or just the shower.

I sit in front of the heater. It’s the correct heat and distance when my balls are hanging low.

Can i use it for stretching and jelqing ? And how ?

I always wrap my extender with this Heating Pad.

How you can do? I only know what not to do. I don’t wrap it around my ankles.

but now I’d like to use the heat with jelqing and stretching

How do you do it? What materials do you use?
And How do you cover your balls ?
