Moist heat or dry heat?
I just got a new heating pad, mostly for muscle strain, but I will make use of it in PE. I have the option of dry heat or moist heat. I will try both, but what do you think is better for warm ups? This pad is wonderful, it seems to have the most penetrating heat, without getting too hot at the surface. It uses some special combination of clay and oils, unlike anything I have used before. Wherever I place it on my body, the rest of my body gets ‘heating pad envy’!!
