I am registered since last year, and landed in Thunders while looking for a method to improve EQ. I’ve been doing a lot reading in the forum since then, but with a 1.5months break in the middle.
I experimented a bit a couple of times, but nothing consistent, and only started what I can call a routine Wednesday last week.
My EQ is fine now and the poor EQ I had was only related to a lot of stress I was going through. I want to go for size now, girth specifically.
I start with 21cm or 8.26 In length, and 13.1cm or 5.15 In girth.
The routine I am following is basically a modified newbie routine. I am warming up between 5 and 10 minutes with hot water in a cup, or with a sock with rice heated in the microwave. Removed stretches. And then I jelq with a CC grip for about 25mins. .(I feel the OK grip does not really work for me as I tend to do it too fast and somehow my personal feel is that it’s less effective )
To end I apply heat once more between 5 and 10 minutes, and that’s it.
Ah, I’m doing 4 on 1 off.
With 6 days of routine I can already feel a heavier dick and a bit thicker, so for sure this is going to work. Only minus is that I got addicted to the measuring tape, and have to find a way to quit it.
I am typically a rusher in life, and I am giving my best to take this one slow as I really do not want to break the stick. Well, I kind of failed this weekend because I bought a pump (I read the thread about the correct cylinder size and the post from thoughtfulgold about not wasting money), but I am only planning to use it once I complete a month of manual work, hope it will combine well with the jelqs. Let’s see if I can hold the horses. :)
