I’ve been searching for enhancement exercises for quite some time now and thought it was time to take it serious and actually do it. So I’d like to say hi to the community and trust myself and my little-self as well in all your capable hands. Like I said I’m eager to get some gains and have the ideal of around 8 inches long and 7.5-8 inches thick. It’s mainly a personal goal, since as you might see on the next paragraph I’m already average but would like to gain a little, both for my own selfsteem as for giving my gf some eye-candy and actually filling her good when we do actually have sex (we’ve been dating for 11 months and although we’re not ready to have actual sex yet, so we’re making do with oral I do seem to give pretty good head since 3 orgasms of just licking and fingering come in easily). With her it’s mainly a goal to satisfy her when the time does come, and that’s why I’d like to concentrate on thickness slightly more than length.
I’m currently 18 and almost 19 years old with 6.1 erect length and 6.3 erect girth, and am also uncut. I weight 66 kg and have a 13% body fat and 2% viceral fat. As I’m young and a student I don’t really have the resources to buy equipment (say hangers, pumps, etc), and would like to do just manual exercices like stretching and jelquing.
Like I said I’ve done my research and now the basics, but I’m here to expand a bit my knowledge and have my routine questioned and improved. My routine (so far I’ve only done a week of it, and it’s up for changes), consists only of a 5 min warm-up with warm water followed by almost 20 minutes of penile stretches. Said stretches are done in the four cardinal directions and held for 20-30 seconds each, then I repeat them until comfortable with the next one and then do V stretches (as in pulling the penis and placing weight or tension on half of the body again in all cardinal directions, both as a pull directions as well as the direction of the tension).. With that I mean I hold it forward and then put pressure or tension on upwards, left, right and back-wards with the other hand’s tumb, and then I pull it to the right and do the same, then left, etc.
After this I’m planning to add flaccid jelquing and stick with only flaccid since I tried erect jelquing since it can be quite dangerous apparently.. And I actually tried it lightly (for a month or two, but also I didn’t warm up then so.) and saw an slight decrease so I stopped for good. Aside from kegeling through the whole process and at random times during the day, most days, I have nothing to add save for the fact that I’d do this routine twice a week.
So that’s my initial idea. I half-tried it a couple months ago but decided to stop and do properly this time so I’m all open to suggestions.. The only other thing I can add is a mild case of over-masturbation since the age of 10-11 so I not really sensible and do tend to last quite a bit ( I actually cam for fun and have say 3 hours sessions, 2 hours on average), but ever since a month or so ago I’ve been having some actual sexual attention form my gf (it’s funny ‘cause we’re both virgins and we’re dating for the first time with someone hahah it’s a cute story nevertheless) so I’m trying to at least slow it down to once or twice a week masturbation instead of almost every day for possibly a couple times.
