Hello, my story to this moment
I have experience whit PE from 2 years. First 1.4 years I jelqed 10 minutes in bathroom a day and the last 6 months I jelqed 3 months 2 times a day starting whit 15 minuted per session to 40 minute per session only jelq. After that 2 months penis pump and I started measuring my dick at the beggining of this 2 monhts and from penis pump I got 0.4 sm girth gain (this is after 2 days without using pump or jelqing). I throw out my penis pump because I think it is very dangerous I use it this 2 months 25 minutes 2 times a day which is very much I am glad I didnt have injury. Now I’m starting clamping but I’m not going to use any cable clamp I will clamp my dick whit my hands only, I did one session this morning and my dick feel very good but there is one big vein on the right side of my dick which is showing very much after this single clamping session and it worries me a bit,, my dick also is bigger after this clamping session, now my gains are 0,5 so I gained 0,1 after this one session. I want to know how can I prevent my vein to bruise I’m afraid not to crack this popped vein or other vein, what to use for strenghtening my veins any vitamins or supplements what should I take at all to make my structures more stronger to prevent injury. I’m going use clamping 2 times a day 10 -15 minutes per session and this is the only thing I will do for now, what to do to prevent injury, thank you
