Help experiencing a rushing feeling-sound while jelqing is this normal

Ok I’m a little worried I have been experiencing this rushing in what I’m guessing is the large vein on the top side of my shaft. It happens when I get 3/4 of the way through a jelq I feel what I can only explain as a turbulent gush of blood escaping behind my ok grip. This never used to happen and I just read a post on vein leak and I am very worried that this is what I an experiencing or developing, if you have any input or have experienced this please post I would greatly appreciate it!

Slow down and back off the amount of pressure you are squeezing your unit with. The easiest way to get an injury is to over do it, the blood has to go back thru the shaft. Less is better. When you jelq, squeeze from the sides, the top and bottom are often easily damaged. I hope this helps.

Thanks a lot bigtiny454 I’ve backed of the pressure in fact I pretty much stopped jelqing for the time being. Going to stick to manual stretches!

Yeah you don’t want to grip to hard. Back off of PE see if things return to normal. How long have you been doing PE.

how hard is your ok grip?

I was doing it as hard as I could without causing pain. Now I just grip hard enough to trap a little blood, maybe not even hard enough to see any gains ;( it’s hard for me to judge the appropriate grip strength because a firm grip means different things to different people.

That would be what ever feels good to you. If PE becomes uncomfortable likely your doing more harm than good. Keep it in the feel good range.

I know exactly what you mean about the blood rushing feeling and I’ve had the same feeling from time to time for years now (pre pe days).
