Help Manual Stretching Causes Pressure Just Behind The Glans.

Hi, I’ve tried every manual grip technique mentioned over this forum but it all puts pressure on the spot behind the glans. This then sometimes hurts. How can I prevent this? I really need some advice. Also I have a decent fat pad being overweight. Is this the problem?

Just go slow and your penis will get used to this “grab”. I use a piece of cloth. Lots of heat and hold before the pain strikes. There are many other routines that don’t include stretches and are amazing too. Check it out.

How far are you grabbing from your glans?

If you are too close, allow at least 1 inch of gap between your grip and the glans.

Another possibility is that your penis getting slightly erect while stretching. Anything off flaccid and the pressure will build up on the frenulum/foreskin area and glans while stretching.

Ok Edubrsurf, I’ll slow down a bit. Could you explain the cloth bit? How and where do you place it. I ask because my foreskin is too loose I think. It just brings my grip right behind the glans.

When I had small girth I had the same problem.

When my girth increased problem solved.

Pull your foreskin back and trap it there with a silicon sleeve and place a foam pad ring over it… It will solve your problem.
