Hi all !I’m new at PE and I would like to ask some questions.First of all my penis sucks :(

5.2 inch erected-3.18 inch flaccid

Also 4 inch girth

I started with the newbie program and I’m doing it 2 days one day off .Today I’ve completed 2 weeks of practise

Well I didn’t see any change but of course it is too soon I think.So I go on with the questions

1)About jelqing which way is better at wet jelq :the OK grip ,the c grip or the overhand Ok grip?

2)I measured my LOT and it is at 11.00 o’clock what does that mean ?

3)what should be the symptoms after the wet jelq that shows I’m doing the exercise right ?

1. I use both overhand and regular OK grips. Not saying it is necessarily better, but I get a better engorgement this way, so I stick with what works, as should you.

2. That particular LOT means that you should concentrate your manual stretches and jelqing in a downward motion. When you stretch….stretch downward more, and when you jelq….jelq downward more. Pretty easy was you get use to it.

3. Good symptoms after wet jelqing would be a plump flaccid. Your penis will seem thicker and longer for awhile.

If you notice some red dots, don’t get too scared. It means you’re being too intense, but are on the right track. Just don’t squeeze so hard in the future.

Exactly as Xlmagnum has said, take your time and take it easy. Learn to listen to your body and take incremental steps, increasing the velocity ‘s l o w l y’ as the only an injury will do is set you back with whatever timeline your gains will come to you. Some people have had very good results with rest day while others maintain they experience better gains with less rest. As someone just getting into PE I would suggest that whatever path you start with to remember that PE most certaintly is a patient man’s game. It’s just finding what works best for you and be assured that you will find a routine that works..

Where’s the confidence man? Your penis doesn’t suck. The negative thoughts can bring you down. It will be a lot easier to follow a consistent routine if you stay positive about it. You have to remember this is a long haul. The gains could be small and take years but in the end you’ll be better off then where you started. Keep positive and good luck!

1) Use whichever grip you feel gives you best engorgement

2) It means nothing as its based on a theory that isn’t always correct.

3) A fuller flaccid hang would be a good sign, BUT you may or may not get that. I (and many others) don’t, yet still gain. So don’t try to “force” that.

Could someone tell me what LOT is and how it is measured?

Thank you all guys for trying to make me think positive !I’m very happy that in thunders I found a way to enlarge my penis .I was dissapointed beacause I didn’t know that there was a way I could enlarge my penis:) .I hope that from this I have some gains

You should use the search button, because they explain it in the thread about LOT. The gist of it is, hold your penis straight up towards your face and perform a kegel. If you feel it tug backwards to the extent at which it moves, then you need to go down a little. So if that was 12 o’clock, then point to 11 where that would be on a clock. Then kegel to see if there is a tugback. Continue doing so till you find the place where you don’t experience that tugback. That is your LOT. 9 o’clock points straight out, anything above means you stretch downwards more, anything below means you stretch upwards more. That is the summarized version of it.
