I’ve been reading a lot and started doing some basic PE exercises. However, I’m curious as to what is most effective.

The exercises I’m doing are:
1. 5 minutes of kegels
2. 5 minutes of basic stretching
3. 10 to 15 of dry jelq.

I want to know if some of the different stretches work better (your experience) than just simple pulling. I also want to know if dry jelqing is better or worse than wet.

So far I’ve seen a changes in the size of my vein (much bigger), and different texture (harder, and kind of ripply), not smooth as before. Is this normal? Thanks in advance.

It should answer some of your questions, and give you some good beginners exercises to follow. Not that yours is too bad, its just that I wouldn’t start out with dry jelqs - I’d replace them with wet ones.

Dry jelqs are just more intense than wet ones, which isn’t necessarily a good thing if you’re just starting out as if your penis isn’t conditioned to PE you could damage it by being too harsh too early.

Anyway, I’d suggest either just changing your dry jelqs to wet ones and slowly building up the time, or using one of the newbie routines you can probably find in the link I gave.

It is normal to see changes in the appearance of your penis when you first start exercising. Most guys will see a change in flaccid length and appearance first, then the erect length gains will appear. Measure carefully and often when you first start, so that you can get an objective idea of your gains. Sounds like you’re on your way!

Yep, stick with the basic newbie routine and just increase time and intensity as you go. If you start gaining from it you won’t even need to mess with all the variations. If, after a few months nothing is happening down their than you can start tweeking your routine with other stuff.


Running a Massive Co-Front.

Another question. Some people here report spots and discoloration. I’ve been doing this for about 3 weeks and I’ve yet to see either. Am I not doing enough or does this not happen to everyone?

Wow, you’ve been doing dry jelqs and not seen any spots yet? I commend your restraint, you’ve obviously not been overdoing it with those dry jelqs (if you still do them) - I always get spots when dry jelqing, even when my unit is fully conditioned for them!

When I first started, however, I didn’t get any spots, so don’t go thinking your not doing enough and start rushing yourself to be more intense. Just carry on with a newbie routine for a while and see if you gain. I gained about 0.4 inches in the first few months with no discoloration, so discoloration is not what its all about. As long as you can feel a comfortable stretch when doing manual stretches, and feel as though you are putting a comfortable pressure on your wang when jelqing then you should be doing the right thing. For now don’t rush. You need to wait a while and see how you gain. If you gain quickly then good, if you gain slowly then you can up the intensity.

Comfort and patience are very important.
