Hello, I need some advice!

After doing jelq for two years ( not consistently) I’ve gained about 0.7 inches, reaching 6.7 in length but nothing in girth ( stayed at 4.6/7 inches). All I did were classic ok grips. A couple of months ago I decided to go serious about it and bought a Leluv with a 1.75 cylinder and have been pumping ever since.

Girth: I’ve now been reach sessions of 30 minute pumping ( two fifteen minute sessions) and I’ll get a cable cuff pro tomorrow to start clamping. Is the medium ok for my girth or is it too much? How and how much should I use it?

Length: I started the shopping bag hanging two months ago, putting two bottles in the bag ( total weight 8.8 lbs), starting with 20 minute sessions and occasionally two 20 minute sessions. I had three 20 minute sessions yesterday but it was the first time.

I had decided to stop PE jelq cause I thought I had reached the goldilock zone, but my gf recently confessed me that out of 8 people she slept with, three of them where at least 7.5 inches and much girthier than me. I guess I’m not as average as I thought I was! Although she says she loves my schlong this is reeeally giving me confidence issues, so I guess what I’m looking for is advice on how to improve my length and girth as fast as possible, I know it’s silly as I’ve slept with many girls and never had an issue, but I can’t stop obsessing over this stuff!

“As fast as possible” is how most have injuries. Most of us have tried to go too fast, including me, and got injured. Each person reacts differently to the exercises. I love pumping, but had to learn where my stopping point was before edema. Stretching has worked well for me in the past, but hasn’t been working as of late. Currently I’m on a hiatus from pumping and am clamping. I would say for length stretching gave me the most gains. For girth, pumping has given me the most gains. If you stall, change your exercises. but, most important is to do everything controlled watching for signs of penis health and injury.

I get red dots on the shaft every time I pump ( maybe burst capillars?) but I don’t know if that means I’m doing it right or not.. Should I not pump the day after if I see these red dots or can I still do it?

Red dots mean too much pressure or too much time under pressure. Also, heat helps many in overcoming the red dots. They are normal for new pumpers. Wait till they dissappear to pump again, stay at 5hg and slowly build timing per the pumping 101 routine. If you haven’t read pumping 101, read before you continue. Read, read, read, so you don’t make the mistakes many if us learned the hard way. It’s not dangerous, just small burst capillaries warning you to take it easy. They will lessen, and go away with conditioning.
