Help Please

I have a pro extender but after using it I noticed that the part where it measures how much level of traction or force you are doing did not go inwards. Watching videos and photos, I noticed that when my extender rotates the wheel to stretch the member, the other part also rotates, revealing another tube that I did not see in other photos and that is why the tube does not fit and does not indicate how much force you are stretching. I already took it apart and put it back together from scratch and changing parts and nothing continues to do the same. I use it stretching like this but I can’t understand how much I’m pulling and therefore I’m only guided by the extent to which my member stretches. Has it happened to anyone? How do I solve it? I clarify that my extender is original, it came with the CD, the manual, the warranty and in the original box, apart from the base that goes against the pubis feels quite solid so it is not cheap plastic

Your question is not clear. That might be part of the reason.

All I can get from it is that you can’t tell how much tension you’re using other than by feel. There’s no gauge so that seems like expected behavior.

Then you talk about something rotating indicating that maybe it shouldn’t. Maybe it should.
