Help! Problem with BPSFL Measurement

What is the proper method to measure BPSFL? I have a standard 12” ruler that I would like to measure with but I run i to the following problem:
while stretching my penis, 2 ligaments above my penis form a 45 degree angle from my pelvic region to my penis. If I was to “bone-press” my ruler into my pelvic region at 12 o’clock, it would be apply direct pressure on these 2 tendons while already loaded from a full stretch. Am I missing something obvious and does anyone else have this problem?

Perhaps use a skinny measuring device or “bone-press” the ruler and then attempt to stretch (ensuring the tension is not too great on tendons)?

Ok, thanks Titleist! I’m wanting to start tracking my BPSFL as many seem to think that increases in that are shortly followed by an increase in BPEL.

I wouldn’t categorize it as short. That said, it I a good harbinger for coming gains.

Place the ruler still at the top but a little higher, not the directly on the ligaments and push. You can also place the ruler vertically. Doing it the same way every time of course matters the most.

That actually works really well! I just turned the ruler vertical and it fits right between the ligaments. Thanks!
