Hey everyone,
I started clamping, bit of jelqing and hanging(zen hanger noose) about a year ago and did it for a few months. I was impressed that after some time I’d gained 0.4 inches on my girth. This was amazing because its skinny and I realized I could actually do something about it.
When I first started the clamped feeling was amazing. I’d get hard from porn put on a silicone sleeve from zen hangers noose system and tighten the clamp all the way to ten. It would sometimes take quite some force to get to 10 clicks but as far as I was concerned I wasn’t working out until I was as tight as possible which for me was all the way. The way my penis felt was amazing and looked even better with all the veins showing. I used EVO oil and nitric oxide boosters(that I normally use for the gym). I’m 26 so old age isn’t affecting me.

However, I stopped gaining after that and my erection became weaker. The tightness reduced, which is strange as its 0.4 inches bigger so surely I should get the same feeling at say 9 clicks. The biggest worry is that my erection is weaker and when I get an erection about 5 secs of no stimulation(hand or porn) I start to lose it. Essentially as soon as I’m hard I’ll try to put on a silicone sleeve and then clamp but I’m already half soft. This is terrifying me because usually I would have to sit and wait a minute or two to lose the erection so that I could go out.
I took some time of and waited for it to get better. I have no morning wood anymore and that stopped if memory serves right around the same time as all this started happening. I decided to start again, just clamping, but there’s no change. I still have the same issue and the clamp isn’t feeling good. I don’t feel tighter or ballooning. I should add that when I first started my penis would be 4.8inches girth when clamped and this was tight and felt great. Now its still the same even though my normal erection is 4.4inches girth.

The other thing I did was hanging and I never liked it. I believe this is because it was a noose from zen hanger and read that it may be causing nerve damage to my penis as the pressure is on a nerve(can’t remember). I think this may have something to do with it. I also felt something weird during a clamp session, towards my pubic bone at the left hand side.

How did you condition yourself for your current routine?

For some time before I first started clamping I would jelq and do manual holds. This was on and off for a few months. Maybe 6. I would use an OK grip on the base of my penis while watching porn. I didn’t do this for very long though tbh.

While thinking about your question itself it dawns on me I rushed into this. What can I do to fix this.

Does anyone know what I’m better of doing. A routine to improve it or just quit for a few more months.
I did just have a decent clamping session for about five minutes but after I stopped it hurt a bit on the base of the shaft on the above side. I put the clamp on differently this time, in that the Zen Clamp handle was more to the right hand side than directly above the shaft. This gave an okay clamp but caused discomfort and a few minutes after I stopped a bit of pain. This is the first time I ever had pain from clamping. I also had pain at the underside of my penis right near the tip.

Part of me thinks I’m just not getting the clamp in the right place.

I also did the newbie routine yesterday and was surprise I couldn’t get hard enough to clamp. I figured my penis was happy with that workout and didn’t want more.
