Help with My Start Routine
I am new to this world of PE, I have goals of gaining thickness and length, and I would like to know your opinion if this routine that I follow is good, Sorry for my English, I am Brazilian:
5 Minutes Heating (Hot Shower)
5 Minutes Stretching (I only do Basic, something like two repetitions up, down, left, right, forward, holding for 20 to 30 seconds depending on the occasion)
10 minutes of jelq (Safe for 3 seconds, it should be about 150-200 Jelqs, I would like to know, to start, is that too much?) The footprint I use is the OK GRIP, and also the footprint that the palm of my hand is in. Above the penis.
5 minutes of warm down (hot shower too)
Do you think that for a beginner, this is a good routine ?? I’ve been doing something for about 2 weeks (2 days, 1 day of rest), and from time to time the erection gets a little weaker, sometimes stronger, and from time to time the penis gets sore(not too much).
If this routine can promote an overtraing, can yours help me outline a good routine ?? Regarding jelqs, I use Dry Jelq (For reasons of lack of privacy at home, to buy lubricants and the like, but I always do it in the bath, which consequently causes JELQ not to be so dry.)
