Hey, I’ve been browsing the forum and I’m amazed at the knowledge and helpful advice the members give each other.

I’m pretty much exactly 7 inches when hard and 5.5 girth. I would like to get closer to 8 and over 6 girth.

My main priority is safety, my dick can do the job as is I’m just going for look so I don’t want to risk hurting myself. I will begin the newby routine, but do I need to do the stretching or can I just warm up, jelq, then warm down? And will I be able to accomplish my goal without clamps or extenders and just by jelqing?

At that size, and you must know you are big, then warming up jelqing and warming down may well produce some results that will tip you into the huge category because you are getting towards that category with your statistics as they are.

I went from a slightly smaller length to your target size by stretching and jelqing together. I got my final girth gains by a couple of more slightly advanced manual techniques, but never had to use clamps or extenders or any devices.

My advice, do what you are doing, and if you can add some stretching as suggested in the newbie routine then do so. Don’t forget to kegel also. And consistency is key. Any small gains you get will tip you over into the very big penis gang, so you shold have plenty of motivation to just get small gains let alone big ones. :)

What the skin is like on ones penis is a major factor on how successful jelqing will be; some people (myself included) have very loose skin around the nuts/base and goes right over the head when jelqing. Some people have to resort to all kinds of things to jelq proficiently; but I believe we with loose skin are minority - like the left handed. What I’m trying to say is jelqing for some on it’s own can have very good results in a short amount of time, or poor results in a long amount of time.

Try jelqing for 6months consistent and you may reach your goal in that time; if not then just keep at it - trying different things maybe.

Start with this newbie routine. It starts out slow and then ramps up as you get more conditioned. I did something similar as a newbie and did well with it
