Help with vacextender for uncut men

Hello everyone, I just recently purchased the vac extender and I was wondering what is the proper way to use it since I am uncut. For example, can I put the extender over my unit with the foreskin retracted or does it not make a difference. I originally tried it without retracting my foreskin but I didn’t know if that was the proper way. Also, if anyone has had positive or negative experiences with this device, please state them. Thankyou all for your time.

I do not have a vac-extender yet, but I have quite a bit of experience with vacuum devices. I am uncut and my advice to you is to retract your foreskin all the way before you fasten the device. The reason for this is to avoid skin stretch and fluid build up in the skin.

I pull the foreskin back with my Vac-Hanger, I haven’t tried it withOUT retracting the foreskin, and I don’t plan to, as I think it would be less productive and more likely to produce skin stretch (and possible abrasions)

I am circumsized, but MB isn’t - and he’s been pretty definite about recommending pulling back your foreskin.

I have a vacextender and I am uncut. I’m having issues with fluid buildup and slippage. I recommend pulling the foreskin back.

I have the same problem with slippage because of my foreskin but I cant pull it back when trying to attatch the device due to, well, not having 3 hands.

I just cant manage to get it on while pulling my foreskin back, any tips?

Now Removingends, I too am uncut and I am planning to purchase the vac-extender 2 and it does concern me that you are having trouble with slippage, how long have you been using the device for and how effective has it been for you and have you determined what has given rise to slippage yet?
