I’ve developed a blocked lymphatic vessel and for 4 days it has not gone away. In the past I would massage it and it would go away. Now it is not, I can feel it and I have a pretty bad doughnut effect that won’t go away. Any advice, I’m getting nervous.

Other than going and seeing a doctor, I’m afraid I don’t have any advice for you. I will try and get some of the other guys who might have that information in here.

Have you tried alternating hot & cold compresses? What is your routine like: why do you think that this is a recurring problem?

I jelq for 300 strokes, then stretch for 30 minutes. This last vessel appeared after I was wearing my JES extender for a few hours.

han:

Have you adjusted your routine at all since your last injury?

GM:

I haven’t done any routines since this developed

Did you change your routine at all after your first injury? What about after your second injury?

How do you know you have a “blocked lymphatic vessel” and not just a turgid vein or artery? If it is not inflamed or painful, it is probably harmless. Sometimes these can be massaged out and sometimes not. Do some reading in the Injuries Forum; see if you come up with a condition there that matches yours and give us a link to it so we have a better idea what you are talking about.

Do no PE for a day or two and the doughnut will likely disappear. I don’t know anything about JES extenders but it sounds like that is the culpret with the doughnut. It may be possible to wrap to prevent it; guys who use them may be able to tell you.
