Well, I have some doubts about how to measure the limb, since the last one I took I marked about 17.5 cm, today I took a measurement just out of curiosity, and I marked another 2 mm and another one below the last measurement I took (17,5), how can I measure correctly? I know that the intensity of the erection interferes a lot, so I try to make it as full as possible without jelqing or pumping, just with the natural blood flow. I also noticed that the hip rotation influences the gain or loss when taking measurements. That is, I want to know if you have a correct posture at the time of measurement, if so, what is it like? I have this doubt because my member actually seems a little fuller, but it’s just a perception thing.

I apologize in advance if I have posted it in the wrong place, it is not yet familiarized with the method they use. If there is any moderator, could you clarify this for me?

There is a good post here on it

How to Measure Your Penis

The main things are get erection to 100%, use the same spot and keep the hips neutral. The last one can give quite a large variation if not correct.

Have a mess about with the ruler in one spot and flex your hips, you could add a cm or so doing this so if you are not aware then it will give false measurements

So the correct would be to rotate the hips forward? This is the anatomically correct position

If you measure standing, stand up straight.

Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7.75” BPEL; 7.25” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

The main thing is use the same technique every time so you can accurately monitor your progress.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

The main thing is to keep your hips in neutral for all measurements so no rotating forward. As 32 says this means standing up straight, so there will be a straight line down your body which will be perpendicular to the floor. If you start to flex your hips it will push your penis off that straight line and pull the area above your penis back which will give a false measurement and may make you think you have grown when it is just a measuring error.

I always measure standing up so that is what my advice relates to.

I tried to get a neutral stance and I found it was random. So I decided to push my hips forward to get a locked position, easily repeatable.

I don’t care if it gives 0.4-0.5cm more than a neutral hips position ; when I fuck, every thrust ends on that exact lengh, and more importantly, since I’m not working on my hips flexibility, I’m sure I have the exact same position every time I measure. That’s what matters : solid comparison to know what you’re gaining. The absolute measure is an impractical ideal.
