Hi guys, this week I’m traveling on the beach, so PE will be very airy for a week, what would you recommend me to do? Would taking a week off affect my earnings or reduce them? or at least it would be good to make the jelq ?

A week off won’t change anything and depending on how long it’s been since your last decon it may do you good.

So I know EVERYONE has their own scheduled. Me personally. I ALWAYS have 3 days off or light.

I have noticed gains and my SO has noticed too. I say, as long as you are working out safely and seeing results then you do what works best.

If you have a prior injury. You SHOULD take full time to heal. Having a healthy dick is more important than not missing the day or three.

Also, in my experience PE is not PAINFUL. Rather it feels like a normal workout. You should not be in pain when PE ing. Perhaps you are doing too much too fast??

not really, my routine is basically two days of work and one day off, then this cycle repeats itself. I’m not a beginner in PE, and I’m following with my gains, I believe it’s working, at least by the measurements it’s working, but as far as the pain I’m feeling, maybe it’s something that unfortunately happened haha, I’ve had this same problem before a while ago, it doesn’t affect me negatively at all, I think I just messed up the jelq, I started a few weeks ago to change the period I practice the jelq which was what caused this little pain, I did 30 minutes of wet jelq, today i’m doing up to 40 minutes of dry jelq and palm down, this new method i’m using swells my member a lot and i really feel like i’m working. Regarding if I feel pain when doing the exercises, I don’t feel it, of course I will feel pain after 1 hour and 40 minutes of extension for example, sometimes the skin can hurt, but nothing inside or serious, that normal extension discomfort , there was a time I hung for about two weeks and I didn’t have any pain haha

I tried doing a little research on anatomy to see if I could find what might have injured it, but I couldn’t find anything conclusive. I’ve had this same pain before, but it healed much faster than now, this leads me to believe that I injured it in a more aggressive way, although it doesn’t affect me in everyday life, I can go to the bathroom and have normal erections that this pain doesn’t occur , only if I stretch the skin downwards and exert tension in the area of ​​the base of the member.

Based on this, has anyone had a similar problem? from my searches on the forum I didn’t find anyone with such a degree of similarity. I’ve currently been on a break from exercising since Sunday and I don’t really like the idea of ​​not doing the exercises.

It is ok to have a deacon break for a week or two, or a month or two, or 6 months or a year or more, if that is what you need or have to do - due to some reason. It will not hurt you or your gains, in fact, if you have been doing PE for a long time and had good gains, it may even be good for future gains to take a break.
