Been doing PE now, fairly consistently, for about 9 months.
I’m not 100% about where I started because I couldn’t find a good way to measure until recently.
I think I’ve gained about 1/2 an inch in length and a little over 1/4 an inch in girth.
My erection quality is definitely better, and my cock simply looks a lot better.
My current routine is as such:
20 min warmup
16 manual stretches (apx 25-30 minutes)
100 Reg Jelqs 2-3 seconds
300 Jelq squeezes
I try and do this two days on, one day off.
As of late I’ve been missing days because I’ve been feeling a little shitty the last few weeks, getting over some kind of a bug// but I’ve been fairly consistant, I’m proud of that!
My goals are pretty specific.
I want to be at least 8 x 6.. This shouldn’t be too tough as long as I stay consistent.
I am very adamant about having a generally more even thickness.. ESPECIALLY a larger head. My penis is doing a kind of reverse baseball bat right now, I’ve heard jelq will help with this.
I’ve also done some manual clamps after my workout, about 3-4 for 30-45 seconds each.
To break my questions down into something a bit more clear:
1.) To get myself to the 8X6 goal, with a fairly consistent thickness.. And a monster head.. How does this routine look after about 9 months? I’ve kept it pretty “newbie-ish” but I haven’t seen any big gains as of late.
2.) Should I add anything to this routine?
3.) Are the manual clamps a bad idea while I’m trying to gain length?
4.) Is it time to hang or use an ads or way too soon? I’d prefer to reach my gains with manual exercises but if I can’t I will do whatever it takes.
