Thank you to Thunder and everyone who contributes so much good information here! I have been reading the forum for several years off and on. This year, my new year’s resolution was to spend the time and go for it. I had two goals that I wanted to achieve by my birthday (yesterday) - one was to gain a half inch BPEL (from 6.5” to 7”) and the other to have a heavier, more consistent flaccid hang. I’m elated to say that I have achieved both!

I told my wife about it about 4 weeks in. She knew my size of 6.5” beforehand, so she stopped doubting when I pulled out the ruler. In mid-April, we were doing doggie style an she kept jerking away. I asked her what was going on and she told me I kept tapping her cervix which hurt. Great feeling, but kind of worried me. Three weeks later, she was riding on top of me and I bottomed out again. That’s when she told me “Enough - you’re all done. If I can’t grind down on your cock, you’re not getting sex as much.” Whoops! Time to stop, and just short of my goal (by 1/8”).

I continued to do maintenance and decided to work on girth for the last couple of weeks. I think the change up in routine and rest time for healing did the trick. When we measured for my birthday (with her willing help to make sure it was at it’s peak size), I measured just over 7” BPEL and 5 3/8” girth. Plenty enough for me - and her.

My second goal of a better flaccid hang was reached too. I don’t track my flaccid measurements since it is so subjective to time, temperature, etc. I wear an ace bandage wrap for several hours a day but stopped that also a few weeks ago. Partly for the break and partly because I realized I didn’t really need it. I hardly ever shrivel now - always hanging full length and heavy. My wife has noticed that as well (as my nickname implies, I like to be nekkid a lot).

As for routine, I basically did the Newbie Routine but altered based on my free time. I use a rice sock for warm up/down that I created by taking a real sock, cutting the toes off, curling it half way up (like you were taking it off) filling it with rice and sewing it up along the edge. This leaves an hole of tube through it where you stick your penis. Combined with the ace bandage wrap to keep it elongated make for a great warm down.

I do fowfers for several hours a week when I get a chance to work from home. I also discovered horse440’s and general base-squeezing about 6 weeks ago and incorporated them with great success. I tried clamping but did not like it. Instead, I use a cock ring which is actually just a thin pipe washer for Home Depot that is comfortable and easy to take off by rolling even when fully erect.

My only regret is not taking a good ruler picture beforehand. I have plenty of nude pictures of myself, but nothing that would definitively show a half inch difference. Bummer on that point.

I’ll continue maintenance for the rest of the summer at least and probably far beyond. I’m very happy at this length and it feels good to know that if asked, I can proudly say I have a full 7 inch cock. I’m sure that would impress just about anyone, which is the point. I can’t wait to go to the nude beach this summer and show it off!

However, I will tell you something that might reconsider your PE retirement. :D
Once you get longer you will slip past the cervix and find out there’s another inch of space behind it. Your wife will love it when you get there!

I’m not retiring, just not striving for any more length. I’ve heard about the extra space behind the cervix, but I’m OK with what I have now. I’m still going to work on girth, EQ, flaccid hang and blowing really huge loads so there is plenty of fun ahead!

What was your routine?

Hmmm, thought I had posted that, but I didn’t.

I basically did the Newbie Routine. Warm up, stretch, jelq, recently I added horse440’s, then warm down. Time of day was inconsistent. If I had time in the morning, I would do a short stretch and then jelq in the shower. In the evenings, I would jelq in bed using Albolene (sometimes difficult not to get hard when my wife is sitting there reading a book and watching). 2 or 3 days on, 1 day off.

Fowfers occasionally too (I like those, they really feel like they add to the flaccid hang). I also have a habit of smoking - which is beneficial since my back yard is very private and I can go out and stretch for 10 minutes while I smoke. I know it’s not good for me or circulation, but it gives me extra PE time.

I think one of the most important parts of my routine was the ace bandage. Keeping it extended as much of the day as possible helped with the healing process no matter how inconsistent my routine was - as long as I got a workout in most days.

Almost forgot. Shuga rolls. Essential to avoid discoloration - especially after girth exercises. One of my fears from PE was discoloration. Just because it is bigger doesn’t mean it is attractive. Shuga rolls are a great way to avoid that. I have a slight bit more darkness between the base and circumcision line now that actually looks OK since it differentiates the penis from the surrounding skin and makes it stand out (no pun). Much more than that and it might become less attractive.

The general base squeezing is basically an OK grip towards the base of my penis. I tend to start this towards the end of a jelq session when I’m fully engorged. Pull the penis out straight with one hand, wrap your thumb & index finger in an OK grip (you’ll need to find your comfortable position - mine is index finger knuckle at 12 o’clock - straight up - and thumb underneath) and slide that OK grip down to the base and squeeze. Once you have trapped the blood in, squeeze a kegel to push more blood in. You’ll probably need to kegel every 5 seconds or so to keep as much blood in the penis as possible. I hold this for about 30 seconds (gets tiring for both the hands and groin muscles), then give it a 5 second rest, switch hands and go for another 30 seconds.

I don’t do the horse440’s exactly right - I perform the above and the just squeeze by head to force all the blood between my OK grip at the base and the head (expanding the shaft as much as possible). BE REAL CAREFUL DOING THIS. When I’m done with squeezing, my dick is much darker due to the pressure.

Regarding your second question, my post was incorrect - I based it on a post from Shunga, but it is actually a firegoat roll: “firegoat roll” discoloration prevention, control, and removal
Basically, after squeezing, roll it like play-doh between your hands. I did get some slight discoloration anyway after a few months which I am working on and will post about later.

The “cock ring” I bought (and I do think it’s perfect for 5” - 5 1/2” MSEG) was from Home Depot. It is (I have the package) a Danco Perfect Match Replacement repair kit for Delta kitchen spout DL-15 Single handle. There are two sizes in there and I use the bigger one. The inner diameter measures about 1 1/14” and the band is about 1/4” thick.

Now, a warning - I injured myself in July from using the cock ring 1) too much and 2) without a good warm up. I *just* recovered fully a few weeks ago. BE VERY CAREFUL! I recommend warming up, stretch/jelq, use the ring for no more than 10 minutes, warm down. Take rest days. My injury was extreme soreness at the base and up the shaft a bit. I had to lay off masterbating and getting hand jobs for a while (not fun).

A few of other thoughts. First, take a before picture with a ruler (my regret). Next, make sure you post your stats on your profile. Lastly, I certainly do not mind giving advice through PM, but I would prefer to do it in the forums so others can benefit. As such, I’m going to take your questions & my answers and add them to the Birthday post - but I will remove your name first.
