New PE goal plus personal improvement goals
After hitting my goal: Success Birthday goal achieved. - I gained another quarter inch. I went for girth for a couple of months, overdid it and am finally back to 100% EQ with no soreness! Now I have set a new goal to be 7.5” by the end of the year which should be perfectly do-able. If I could round out the girth to 5.5” at the same time, I would be really happy. My wife has adjusted to my new size and we know which positions to be careful with so I feel safe in gaining another quarter inch without hurting her.
At the same time, I need to quit smoking. Going well so far and have dropped from 10+ cigarettes a day to 2-3. As the weather gets colder, it gets easier. I also drink a lot of scotch which has to stop too. That’s going very well too (embarrassing to say how much I’ve cut out so far, so I won’t).
For the smoking/drinking, I have decided to use a form of replacement therapy. Instead of going out for a smoke, I will do 5 minutes of stretching (not just my penis!) and maybe some yoga in the morning. I also plan to add 30 minutes or cardio (treadmill) each day - although I have to wait on that since I broke my toe this past weekend due to stupidity (and not drunkenness which is good news).
Add to that some minor things like vitamin supplements, lots of water (already do that - 3 liters / day), teeth whitening (smoking/coffee take their toll) and possibly some mental exercise as well. The mental is TBD but I’m going to start with Brain Age on my kid’s DS and go from there.
