Hey guys I need your help with my routine PLEASE

Hey guys, please help!
After my first three months of PE I was not rewarded with gains besides a better EQ which I am happy in that department. I will start again next week (I am taking a break this week).I know that three months is not much time and this is a long journey to get to my goal which is gaining 1 inch in length. But I am thinking about changing my routine, but I need your opinion. My previous routine was:
• 10 minutes warm up with hot cloth
• 5 sets of stretching (straight out, left, up, right and down. 25 seconds each position)
• 150 jelqs 3 second each jelq
• 25 kegels 3 seconds each
• 10 minutes warm down hot cloth

I do 50 kegels a day, 25 in the morning and 25 after the routine (Night time) like stated before. I am currently 7 inches BPEL and 6 inches EG. In the girth department I am happy I just want 1 inch in length.

Probably some will beg to differ, but if all you need is more lengh then jelq and kegels are nothing but a waste of stretch time.


Before : Bpel 5.6"

Now : Bpel 6.7"

I’d say to gradually increase your total time stretching to at least twenty minutes a day. You can do, say, five minutes in the morning, then fifteen minutes later in the day. Work up to the twenty minutes over time, slowly and gradually increasing the total stretch time.

And concentrate mostly on straight down and straight out stretches. Don’t pull too hard, just enough to feel a slight pull on your ligs.

And I’d continue doing jelqs and kegels. These exercises work synergistically with stretches to help maintain EQ while you’re increasing your stretch time.
