Hey guys I need your help with my routine PLEASE
Hey guys, please help!
After my first three months of PE I was not rewarded with gains besides a better EQ which I am happy in that department. I will start again next week (I am taking a break this week).I know that three months is not much time and this is a long journey to get to my goal which is gaining 1 inch in length. But I am thinking about changing my routine, but I need your opinion. My previous routine was:
• 10 minutes warm up with hot cloth
• 5 sets of stretching (straight out, left, up, right and down. 25 seconds each position)
• 150 jelqs 3 second each jelq
• 25 kegels 3 seconds each
• 10 minutes warm down hot cloth
I do 50 kegels a day, 25 in the morning and 25 after the routine (Night time) like stated before. I am currently 7 inches BPEL and 6 inches EG. In the girth department I am happy I just want 1 inch in length.
