Hey guys just starting PE few questions.

Hey guys this is my first post. I just found this site and I never knew about any of these techniques. I just have a few questions…. hope they don’t sound dumb. But is it possible for you penis to grow an inch or more in length and .5” in girth? And how long would this take if I do PE 4-5 a week?

Those gains are totally possible. In the beginning try not to overdo it and allow for plenty of recovery time. You will always have an option to make your routine more intense in the future. Do 1 on 1 off
or 2 on 1 off and see how it works out for you.

The amount of time required varies pretty dramatically by individual. Some guys gain an inch in length quickly, say within a few months. Others work at PE diligently for years and gain less than one inch. It is best to set reasonable growth goals (which you have), along with a reasonable timeframe. Shoot for 1” length and .5” girth within the first year. And, to echo sparky91’s advice, DO NOT overdo it in the beginning. An injury can set you back weeks, and then make it difficult to get started again once healed.

Geno Welcome to the forum. It is totally possible to gain an inch in length and 1/2 inch in girth. Many around here have done it.
