60 minutes hanging at 4lb, 5x a week
3 x 5 minute sets of clamping 5x a week
60 Jelqs 1 on 1 off (weirdly it’s jelqing that drops my EQ and seems to be responsible for the majority of my growth)
Wow thats good, I have seen people claimimg 1 inch girth gain in 3-4 months, that would be sweet, even a half inch in that time would be great. I’m blessed with a strong penis man. I havent been consistent, that 1/8th inch girth gain came in april, and I was inconsistent until 9/1/2011 of this year and still I have PE almost everyday but I get caught up with edging and don’t follow through with my routine, wether it be reps or intensity, but I am glad to say I have been getting better with amount of reps. I’ll be happy if I reach 5.5 mseg within 6 months. I will be pushing my penis to the limits because I know what it can handle. Rest is only when absolutely necessary otherwise, rest that is not necessary gives the penis time to adapt to the stress and thats why inconsistency means less gains. Don’t over do it and if you under do it then try doing another session before bed. If you wake up in the morning and your penis isnt feeling like you wanna have intercourse or masterbate or PE then wait till later in the day, excercise, go to work, and make new friends, but I believe in the beginning consistency and finding the right routine where you notice your penis is feeling different and better, then your in the right track.
