I have seriously considered surgery for enlargement, and am still not completely sure that I won’t do that anyhow in the future, but I figured I would give this a shot first, on my wife’s advice.
I am 31 years old, in good shape. I am 5’11”, 185 lbs. I have an average sized cock, 6” in length, not sure about the girth, but it’s not nearly big enough for me.

Hey jonanthans, welcome to Thunder’s. We are about the same build and the same size. I am 5’11” 190 lbs and am 6 3/8 EL 5 1/4 EG. I started out at 6 1/8 (just barely over actually) EL and 5 1/8 EG. So you can see I have gained in just two months. This stuff does in fact work. Just take your time and stay dedicated. What kind of goals are you shooting for?

As a bit of encouragement, I have only gained 1/8 in girth but my erections are rock hard and my wife comments a lot now. 1/8 can make a big difference especially when you improve the quality of your erections. Like Vater said, stick with the Newbie Routine for a couple months until you get conditioned. Then you can try more of the advanced stuff. When the time comes, I would suggest clamping (extremely intense so PLEASE DO NOT try it right out the gate or you will hurt yourself). I admit, I am scared to death of the surgeries and was not looking forward to having them. I am going to measure tonight and get my exact length and girth, and start keeping a journal on it. I am looking to gain maybe an inch in length, but I would like to gain as much girth as possible. Right now, I can fit my erection easily into a toilet paper roll, so that is an example of where I am at currently. I also have a curve to the left, but my wife and her friends seem to like that, so ill leave that alone for now..

Get a couple of them - 1.75”, 1.875” and 2” and see which works the best for you.
