Hi people :)

This is my first post in this wonderful Free-Forum about PE :D so.. I’ll introduce myself :)
I’m Italian (maybe my english is not TOO MUCH good ..sorry!) and 23yo :)
I approcched this “art” about penis-gym a couple of years ago, through kegels ..but totally ignoring the benefits of jelq & stretching exercises.
I’m not satisfied by my penis size, therefore I want to seriously apply myself in PE.

my penis is “banana-like”, I’m circumncised and during the erection the dimensions are:
5.5” in lenght
4” in circumference

^_^’

I need some advice from anybody has more experience of me (therefore everyone :D ) about specific routines and exercises for my goal size:

6.8-7”
4.8-5”

Hello mate.

Check out the Newbie Forum. Get yourself started on a newbie routine: some manual stretching, jelqing etc.

Your goals are very reasonable. Take it easy and read a lot that is written by the veterans here, and you should be fine.

Good luck.

By the way, your English is fine. Certainly a lot better than my Italian (I don’t speak any), but it would be a could idea to use the spell check function before you post.

yeah :) I read the FAQ and a lot of threads :D maybe my “request of advices” wasn’t very justified ..my situation it’s not so different by that of other men, here..

I would add some further info about me :)

I’m a psychologist, and an hypnotist. In the future (when I’ll get more experience in PE) I want to write down some self-hypnosis scripts to help everyone here (newbies or vets) in a good amount of areas PE-related :)

I’m also developing a theory about the usefulness resulting a sort of “masturbation without ejaculation”. The purpose is stimulate the blood circulation in the PE. The point “without ejaculation” is very important IMO, because the refractory period of the orgasm is absolutely negative..

I’ll be very interested in hearing more of this. There are some members that would tend to disagree on that subject.

I’m VERY glad of your interest. I know that someone can disagree, but my theory is a bit “structured” and the “masturbation” I advice is a form of exercise as any other. Obviously (maybe it’s not SO obvious, but I’m sure that YOU have understood it) this exercise must be achieved next to all the main exercises (stretches, jelq) minding their time. I’m trying to explain that a bit fast.. but I need time and data to produce something presentable :D stay tuned :)
