This is my first post in this wonderful Free-Forum about PE :D so.. I’ll introduce myself :)
I’m Italian (maybe my english is not TOO MUCH good ..sorry!) and 23yo :)
I approcched this “art” about penis-gym a couple of years ago, through kegels ..but totally ignoring the benefits of jelq & stretching exercises.
I’m not satisfied by my penis size, therefore I want to seriously apply myself in PE.
my penis is “banana-like”, I’m circumncised and during the erection the dimensions are:
5.5” in lenght
4” in circumference

I need some advice from anybody has more experience of me (therefore everyone :D ) about specific routines and exercises for my goal size:
6.8-7”
4.8-5”
