First, measuring:
To measure your Non-Bone Pressed Erect Length take the ruler and place it parallel to your penis (above), just touching your body with the end of the ruler. The idea is to measure what you can see, essentially. This is commonly referred to as NBPEL.
To measure your Bone Pressed Erect Length, do the same, but this time press the ruler in firmly until you hit your pubic bone (which will be just above the base of you penis, and could be as much as 1" back from where your penis begins. This measurement ignores any fat that you might have around that area, and gives the most consistent result when checking for gains. This is commonly referred to as BPEL.
For girth, do you have a measuring tape? If so you should simply wrap that around your penis and record where the end meets the rest of the tape. If you don’t have a measuring tape, use string, mark where the string ‘meets’ and measure with distance between the two marks with a ruler.
