Hi I'm new, need advice.

I have a pretty small penis, never done PE ever. Erect I’m maybe 4”? How exactly should I measure? Anyway, my girth is pretty small too (need help measuring that as well). I’m a young (not that young) Asian male, what kind of workout do you guys suggest I do? And is there anyone who has been small like me made good gains (specifics would be good!)

First, measuring:

To measure your Non-Bone Pressed Erect Length take the ruler and place it parallel to your penis (above), just touching your body with the end of the ruler. The idea is to measure what you can see, essentially. This is commonly referred to as NBPEL.

To measure your Bone Pressed Erect Length, do the same, but this time press the ruler in firmly until you hit your pubic bone (which will be just above the base of you penis, and could be as much as 1" back from where your penis begins. This measurement ignores any fat that you might have around that area, and gives the most consistent result when checking for gains. This is commonly referred to as BPEL.

For girth, do you have a measuring tape? If so you should simply wrap that around your penis and record where the end meets the rest of the tape. If you don’t have a measuring tape, use string, mark where the string ‘meets’ and measure with distance between the two marks with a ruler.

Here is an example of what dedication brings, if this doesn’t motivate you then I don’t know what will! I hope you stay around as long as he has, and have similar success:

Okay I just measured. Here are my measurements:

NBPEL: 4”
BPEL: 5”
EG: 4 3/8”

also should i pay for a program at any site? or is this forum plenty good enough information wise (i suspect it is).

This site is much better both information and wallet wise! Once I managed to find a working password to a pay-for PE site. They seem like they know a lot about PE because they ask you all these questions like what you want to gain more of (length or girth), how much you want to gain, if you want a large mushroom head etc, and then they make up a routine/timetable for you. But they don’t have anywhere near the number of techniques there are here at Thunder’s. And I would guess they don’t offer the same support that we do here! :D

Just stick with Thunder’s, it’s far far better value! :thumbs:

Find one of the newbie routines in the Newbie Forum, and stick with that for a while. You’ll be grinning from ear to ear when you see your penis start to climb up your ruler! :clap:

Re-re-start!: 6 Feb 17: 6.9" BPEL x 4.9" EG & 5.5" head. As of: 23 Feb 17: 7.0" BPEL x 5.0" EG & 6.0" head.

Ideal: ASAP: 8+" BPEL x 5.5+" EG & 6.5+" head But will continue if the going is good!!

I’m Korean actually. I have a few more questions:

I’m confused about kegels. When I pee I can stop and start it when I want. This is a trick that has amused me a lot, and sometimes amused my friends when I am pissing in a toilet near them and they hear me stopping and starting in bursts :) . Anyway, this is what kegels are right? As a newbie should I just squeeze them for 5 seconds in sets, squeezing like I was trying to stop my urine flow?

For lube I am using this white neutrogena conditioner, it’s similar to lotion. It’s what I use to masturbate. Is this something good? Or would something like olive oil or baby oil be better?

Stretching is done completely flaccid?

When I am jelq-ing should I be just going straight out, or jelq-ing to the left, then jelq-ing to the right, alternating?

Oh one more thing, when jelqing should I be sitting down or standing up? And if sitting down should I prop my legs up on my desk?

Yes, one recommendation is to do that 50 to 100 times once or twice a day. The point is to make the muscle stronger which will give your stronger erections and more forceful ejaculations. Here is an explanation of which muscles are involved.

While hair conditioner is an unusual choice, it won’t hurt. Anything that is slick and won’t dry out is a good lube. Neutrogena brand tends to be more expensive than others (at least in the States) so using something else might save you money if that’s a concern.

Yes. Getting erect or partially erect makes it more difficult to give a good pull on the penis. See this thread about PE exercises.

Some thing jelqing in a certain direction helps stretch the ligaments while using the jelq pressure to enlarge the erectile chambers. I personally don’t think one can put enough stress on the ligs while jelqing so I suggest you do them in the manner that is most comfortable for you. For me that is straight out and slightly up (because I dry jelq with only my fingers - RB’s method).

Sitting is easier for most guys. Putting your legs up, however, might limit your strokes. I sit, lean back a bit and spread my legs somewhat. That gives me “open access” to the penis and allows free arm movements.

occa - I haven’t done any active PE in more than a year, but when I was doing it I always dry jelqed and was making gains (about 1/4” per month). My progress thread is in Sizemeister’s PE Database.

I am rededicating myself to the sport! I only did this routine like twice before I quit the last time, now lets go for a year!

Why am I doing this? I want to get chicks, and having a small penis is seriously going to inhibit that quest.

Dude, having a large penis isn’t going to help your game that much. Most girls do enjoy a larger dick, but it’s not like we walk around with our wangers hanging out. But behaving LIKE you have a big dick is something that girls are definitely attracted to. And you’re smaller than average, but you’re not that small. Most importantly is that your girth is pretty average. Women are mostly sensitive near the bottom of their vagina, and except when they’re totally coming hard, any extra length beyond the first 4-5 inches doesn’t make much difference. I don’t have a super-long dick, but I’m thicker than average, and every girl I’ve been with has liked that fact and pointed it out.

Also, since you’re still young, your dick probably still has some growing to do.

Remember: it’s not the size of the cannon that counts; it’s how often you fire it.
