I am just newly joined and I am trying to find information and how I should actually approach to Penis Exercise.
I am pretty sure there are plenty of posts about useful tips and methods for the beginners but I just wanted to ask on my own. So please help me
Uhmm.. I have started jelqing a week ago while taking shower for about 15mins everyday except weekends. And.. I know that a week will not let me see any significant growth and making me wonder if I actually am on the right track.
As a newbie, I want to ask about few, the most effective exercises with frequencies of those!
