High Angled Stretches

High Angled Stretches

I currently am doing a routine that consists of olny manual stretches, what I want to know is, considering that I have some really good Tunica stretches in my routine, do I really need any of my high angled stretches? e.g strait up, up and left, up and right.

Because aren’t they ment for Tunica stretching?


Current - NBPEL 6.9" x EG Base 6.2"

BPEL 7.4"

Goal - NBPEL 8.5" x EG 6.5"

They will still help you reach your goal paul. Choose for yourself if you want to keep them or not. Check your PI regularly though.

Whats a PI. Also, do high angled stretches stretch any ligs, because I don’t really feel much of a Tunica stretch, and I have some really powerfull Tunica stretches, like, bundled inverted v-strethces. So will it really do much for my Tunica at all?

Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth!

I know they give gains, does it really matter where those gains are from?

But do the high anled stretches do anything for the ligs?

No.

I have started some high angled manual stretches and I feel it in the ligs, especially when I move the stretch from side to side.


Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Going for the magic 8"x6"
