So you did gain in NBPEL then!

I’ve gone up .2 BP and 0.0 in NBP. Body fat is lower by about 3-4% I would estimate!

Therein lies the biggest problem for people who don’t gain. I would wager that most people don’t want to admit that it’s their own fault for lack of gains because they don’t put the time in or do the exercises properly.


Started hanging on 3/28/12 after minimal gains on the newbie routine. Still not discouraged! This game is 99.9% mental. Stick with it, gents.

After 1 month of hanging 5-6lbs BTC: 1/4" gain in BPEL and BPFSL!

Notice how you went from only Jelqing, to now only extending? … If you combined the two, you might see faster results… Though I only recently started so I’ll let you know about my “success” when I get it.. but I extend and jelq…

Yes the combination should be more effective.

I started off with just jelqs because I understood it was the safest form of PE. I also felt that extending using a high quality device would be safe.

I concede to your greater knowledge so I will start combining the two : thanks for the advice!

Bear with me if you will for a moment marinera, I find I learn concepts better if I can compare them to something I already know.

So I am understanding you as follows. If we loosely comparing the penis to a balloon and blood to the air:

Our lungs are used to filling the same balloon with air every day, our body becomes used to blowing a certain amount of air into the balloon, then stops because it knows the balloon should be full. So when you increase the size of the balloon, it takes a certain amount of time before the body learns it needs to blow more air to fully inflate the balloon?

That’s a good analogy Cantlook. I don’t know if it is something linked to some kind of ‘reflex’ or ‘habit’ our body has, or there is some physiologic hidden reason why time is required to fill the gap in case. According to the TGC theory, there could be a need to grow more smooth muscle tissue to fill the new volume the grown tunica allows for expansion; I’m not totally convinced of that, but the fact remains that this delay between more lenght and ablitlity to make this more length hard is common experience among PEers.
